Writing With the Soul is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent with tracking unless otherwise noted. After the package has left its shipping location, tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order.

All sales are final, but if your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us with a picture of the damaged piece in the original packaging within 48 hours of packaging arrival. We will then be happy to discuss options.

Some items are fulfilled by different third-party printers/distributors so items ordered together may ship separately and can incur separate shipping costs.
