In 2024 we are bringing you the opportunity to write on your own time at The Residency, fuel your story magic on our Iceland: Legends & Landscapes Research Expedition, and hone your craft with special guest faculty at the magical Dunskey Estate in Scotland on our Storyteller's Retreat. Exclusively open to our Writing With the Soul alumni.
The Alumni Mentorship Program takes the alumni connection even further by pairing unagented & unpublished Writing With the Soul alumni who are actively working toward publication with WWTS alumni who have gone on to begin their careers as authors. Over the course of this three-month mentorship opportunity, mentees will complete a comprehensive revision of their manuscript, develop a vision for their individual career, refine their Writer's Creed, and more.

The Alumni Grants & Scholarship Programs support writers facing financial barriers to their writing goals by awarding funds for the resources needed to complete their projects and access alumni trips opportunities.

An online community space for writer-to-writer engagement as you develop and work towards your goals. Members of Drafting Club connect with other writers from all over the world through weekly check-ins, brainstorming threads, and writing sprints.

Bi-annually we host alumni-only virtual events with authors and industry professionals to chat about writing, publishing, and more. Events we've hosted are the Indie Author Chat to discuss all things indie publishing, an author/agent chat, & a chat with Brad Stulberg.
